NAME BUBBLES “GIVE 5, GET 5” REFERRAL PROGRAM

 
Thank you for helping Name Bubbles grow with our Give, 5 Get 5 program. The Give 5, Get 5 Referral Program offers Name Bubbles fans, customers, and influencer “referrers” the opportunity to receive $5 USD once their friends and followers “referees” have made a first purchase through their link at NameBubbles.com. The great part is that the referee “new customer” also receives $5 USD off their order.

In order to participate in the program, Name Bubbles referrers and referees must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participating in the program at any time, at our discretion, should he/she fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Violations of these Terms may also result in the forfeiture of monies earned from our Give 5, Get 5 Referral Program.

QUALIFYING REFERRALS

Name Bubbles Give 5, Get 5 Referrers can earn $5 USD per new referee if the following three requirements are met:

  1. The referred friend makes a purchase through the active referrer’s unique referral link
  2. The referred friend successfully completes an order totaling $15.00 or more
  3. It is the referred friends’ first purchase of each calendar year through the referrer’s unique referral link.

If your friend does not click on the personal referral link in their invite email or any other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, you may not receive your $5 USD payment through PayPal. We cannot be held liable as there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.

Rewards are payable only through PayPal payments in $5 USD increments.

Please allow 1-3 business days for the $5 USD transfer to be sent to your email from PayPal. There is no maximum amount; as an active referral member you can continue to earn from your unique link and the cookie powering your unique code is cleared every calendar year to allow for additional monies earned with the Give 5, Get 5 program. Again, your referees can shop through your link one time per year for both you and your referral to receive $5 USD. As an active referrer, you are responsible for all tax liability resulting from our Give 5, Get 5 Referral Program.

REFERRED FRIENDS

Referred friends who click on a unique referral link and complete a qualified referral transaction will be rewarded $5 USD off their first purchase for one calendar year. You cannot refer yourself to generate a qualified referral and earn $5 USD off your order on your own unique link. For an order to count as a qualified referral transaction, the referred friend must hold different identifying information than the active Name Bubbles Give 5, Get 5 referrer whose link was used to initiate the order.

SHARING REFERRAL LINKS

Referrals should not be distributed to commercial websites (Including but not limited to coupon websites, Reddit, ETC.). We reserve the right to revoke or refuse payment issuing to qualified referrals that we suspect were generated through improper channels.

NO SPAM

Active Name Bubbles referrers should only distribute their personal referral links via social media channels and email using the Name Bubbles email referral tool hosted at www.namebubbles.com/give5get5. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Name Bubbles Referral Program. Purchases from Name Bubbles made through referral links that were distributed through an unauthorized email channel will not result in qualified referrals and, if discovered, any monies to be issued in connection with such transactions may be revoked.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES

Name Bubbles reserves the right to close the account(s) of any active customers and/or referred friends and to cancel all related undistributed funds if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the active customer and/or referred friend has tampered with the Name Bubbles Referral Program or used/attempted to use the program in an abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise questionable or suspicious manner which breaches any of these Terms & Conditions. This also includes violations of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Additionally, Name Bubbles reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
